I saw this short animated film on the "In this life" blog, and just had to share it with you. It's a refreshing departure from my whinging and whining of yesterday. Enjoy!
Drove home in a snowstorm last night at 11PM, amid a scary number of late-night travelers whom I feared were just leaving the bar. My shoulders were hunched into a knot of tension by the time I got home, but once safely in the driveway I walked into our cozy, warm cottage and was greeted by fuzzy cattens and snuggly husband, and settled down to a bowl of popcorn and the next episodes of "The Unit" and "The Sopranos", both of which we're currently devouring. It was a lovely ending to a rather stressful work day.
Now, I'm sipping a cup of coffee and wandering through my favorite blogs, getting ready to dye my grey roots, and then go back to work. Today is Day 3 (of 6).

ReplyDeletelibby - Most people use labels because they post about the same topics over and over. I use the labels as search tools, to get more hits on my blog. 8-)

When you click on a label link, it's supposed to take you to the other posts the blog author has written about that subject - not a photo of Tony Soprano naked. 8-) That's what I was actually trying to explain. Since I rarely write about the same thing twice *coughWITHNAILcough*, I just use the labels to draw anyone to my site who's warped enough to Google "Tony Soprano naked".
DeleteThe best thing about February is that it's short, and if you live in Scotland, no longer January. Yes there's Burns Night, but as soon as February comes in it gets LIGHTER. And that is a great gift after 3 months of murk.

HA! It's getting lighter here in New York, I can tell you that. Just not according to my bathroom scale. 8-)
